Information regarding annual funding commitment from the Scottish Government to Home Energy Scotland and its delivery targets. You also asked for information regarding the relationships between the Energy Saving Trust and Changeworks who deliver the programme and how the funding divided between these various organisations.

Home Energy Scotland High Level Targets FY 2021-22

  • 90,000 unique customers.
  • 270,000 advice interactions.
  • 350,000 lifetime tonnes CO2 and 1.51 TWh lifetime energy savings.
  • 12,000 tonnes of CO2 and 54 GWh saved annually.
  • 96.5% clients satisfied with the advice service.
  • adviser quality scores average at least 90.5%.
  • quality of customer service at least 94.5%.

Changeworks is contracted by Energy Saving Trust to deliver Home Energy Scotland advice centres in the Highlands and Islands and South East Scotland. The Scottish Government does not hold the requested information on the allocation of funding provided by Energy Saving Trust to Changeworks.
