All information about the evaluation criteria used in the award of the contract;
All information about the evaluation panel;
All information held on the other five tenders;
All details about the contract itself; and
All information on any pre-tender meetings held between those on the evaluation panel and organisations.

Response

Attached to this response are:

the bid pack which includes the evaluation criteria;
the statements of requirements for the procurement;
the call off order form ("Contract");
outcome letters to the bidders following evaluation of their bids;

An exemption applies under s.33(1) of FOISA to the information you have requested, and we have redacted some commercially sensitive information which could prejudice the commercial interests of a person or company.

An exemption also applies under s.38(1) of FOISA to the information you have requested. Due to rights and safeguards under data protection legislation we have redacted personal information from all of the documentation released. However, in relation to your request for all information about the evaluation panel we are able to release the details of officials who are part of the Senior Civil Service.
