Notes

1. To provide you with the most accurate information we have used 10 March 2020 as a baseline for the number of people accessing each of the Scottish Government buildings you refer to. This date precedes the date on which all Scottish Government staff were instructed to work from home where possible.

It should be noted that not all staff worked predominantly from office before that date and some people won’t have been on site due to annual leave or part-time working, as well as sickness absence.

Figures include SG staff, contractors (e.g. cleaners and maintenance staff) and staff from our tenant organisations.

2. We have assumed that by Atlantic Quay, you are referring to Atlantic Quay 5, not 4 – as it is the main Scottish Government building in Glasgow.
