You asked for the following information in relation to Welfare Advice and Health Partnerships:
- How many GP surgeries are currently signed up to participate in the Scottish Government scheme to offer in-house welfare rights advice? Could you please provide a list of these participating surgeries?
- How many welfare rights advice appointments that have taken place via GP surgeries since 1 September 2021?
- Could you also please disclose all official feedback and correspondence about the scheme from a) users and b) GP surgeries, that has been received since 1 September 2021.
