How many of the Scottish Government’s Special Advisors and highest level staff have been diagnosed with dyslexia, or other neuro-diverse diagnoses?

Response

Our records show that no special advisers or members of the Senior Civil Service in the Scottish Government have declared that they have dyslexia or a neuro-diverse diagnosis. This information has been taken from our e-HR self-referral system where staff have the opportunity to declare such information. However, there is no obligation for any staff member to disclose this information to us.
