Information requested

1. What procedures and monitoring systems has the Public Procurement Reform Board put in place to oversee the delivery of the Review of Scottish Public Sector Procurement in Construction dated October 2013 as instructed by Nicola Sturgeon, when she was the Deputy First Minister .

2. How many instances of non-compliance has there been in the past 5 years, and what steps have been taken to ensure that it has been remedied.

Response

The Public Procurement Board, which disbanded in 2016, had no locus to oversee implementation of the recommendations of the Review of Scottish Public Sector Procurement in Construction.
