1. With regards to Hull 802, please confirm the following:
a. The project timeline dates for the build and installation of the first bulbous bow?
b. Which firm was contracted to manufacture the first bulbous bow prior to its installation?
c. The total manufacturing and installation costs of the first bulbous bow?

2. Please confirm if the first bulbous bow was later rejected and replaced with a second bulbous bow? If so, please confirm the following:
a. The reason for the rejection of the first bulbous bow?
b. The project timeline dates for the build and installation of the replacement bulbous bow?
c. Which firm was contracted to manufacture the first bulbous bow prior to its installation?
d.The total manufacturing and installation costs of the replacement bulbous bow?

On 13 October 2021 you clarified that the questions you asked above should be in relation to Hull 801 instead of 802.

The first bulbous was rejected by maritime classification society, Lloyd's Register Group Limited.

2a. The reason for the rejection of the first bulbous bow?

During inspection, the surveyor deemed the manufacturing process failed to meet International Association of Classification Society (IACS) construction standards.
