Information requested

The total costs incurred by Children’s Hearings Scotland from 2014 to the present day. This includes all secretariat staffing costs, daily board member fees and expenses, events, publications and office-running costs.

Additionally, a record of all engagement between board members and Scottish Government Ministers and Cabinet Secretaries from 2014 to the present day.

Regarding the first part of your request, the information you have requested is available from Children's Hearings Scotland on their website. Under section 22(2) of Schedule One to the Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011, CHS must prepare and submit an Annual Report to Scottish Ministers which must be laid before Parliament. Annual accounts are included in this report, and these reports can be found on the CHS website at the following links:
