Information requested
1. The total costs incurred by National Galleries of Scotland from 2014 to the present day. This includes all secretariat staffing costs, daily board member fees and expenses, events, publications and office-running costs.
2. A record of all engagement between board members and Scottish Government ministers and Cabinet Secretaries from 2014 to the present day.

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Total costs for 2021-2022 will be published as part of the regular annual cycle and will be published on the National Galleries of Scotland webpage in due course.
Also attached is a document containing a list of the ministerial engagement between board members and Scottish Government ministers and Cabinet Secretaries from 2014 to 4 October 2021 as per your request.
