Information requested

Further to the recent announcement by the First Minister regarding the termination or cessation of this particular company, and following in from her 2017 announcement that this was to be set up might I request information as to exactly what stage the Scottish Government were at. Whether it be planning or consultation. Who was involved in said planning of consultation and the current level of costs attributed to these plans and recipients of any funding?
