Information requested
A. A disclosure of the governments acceptable use policy for its service users when using its FOI Department.
B. A disclosure of the governments privacy policy for service users using its FOI department.
C. A disclosure of the councils equality policy for transgender women

Attached is our IT Code of Conduct which incorporates both A) and B) parts of the request.
I note in this question you refer to the Council. While our aim is to provide information wherever possible, if your request for information relates to a local authority, as stated under section 17(1) of FOISA, the information you have asked for is not held by the Scottish Government.
