In relation to your other questions the answers are as follows:

Extra staff costs including salaries and pension:

Ministers are supported by a Private Secretary and an Assistant Private secretary. For two Ministers the average staff costs for these four staff (which includes salary and pensions) total: £179,676 Per annum.

Additional administrative costs and Ancillary running costs:

The non-staff costs for these Ministers will be met from within existing budget allocation for all Ministers. There is no specific allocation provided to individual Ministers.

Expenses including travel and accommodation:

Any expenses claimed by Ministers will be published proactively on the Scottish Government website via this link Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts - gov.scot (www.gov.scot).
