1. Please provide the minutes of all meetings Ministers/Cab Secs have had in calendar years 2020 and 2021 with the companies behind the Cambo project on the subject of the Cambo project.
2. Please provide all communications to and from the companies behind the Cambo project on Cambo, covering calendar years 2020 and 2021.
Response
I attach a copy of some of the information you requested in the format you have requested;
"Communications to and from the companies behind the Cambo project on Cambo, covering calendar years 2020 and 2021" are attached.
An exemption under section 38(1) applies to some of the information you have requested. Personal data of third parties has been removed.
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for "Please provide the minutes of all meetings Ministers/Cab Secs have had in calendar years 2020 and 2021 with the companies behind the Cambo project on the subject of the Cambo project." as no such meetings have taken place.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
