While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 30b(i) of FOISA applies to that information. The reason for not releasing the information is it may have a negative impact on how the Scottish Government engages with stakeholders and third parties as we are currently in the consultation phase.
