Details of dates and times the First Minister spoke to the Irish Government in the last three months (1 April 2021 - 1 July 2021).

Response

The First Minister had two engagements with the Irish Government in the three months preceding your request. The details are as follows:

  • 11 June 2021, 10:00-12:00 – Virtual attendance at the British Irish Council Summit. 24 Ministers were present (in person or virtual), including from the Irish Government An Taoiseach Micheál Martin TD, An Tanaiste Leo Varadkar and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence Simon Coveney TD, whom the First Minister met as part of the wider discussion between the 24 Ministers. There were no bilateral engagements between the First Minister and any of the three Irish Ministers.
  • 29 June 2021, 16:30-17:00 – The First Minister had a phone call meeting with An Taoiseach Micheál Martin TD.
