Information requested

Information concerning the IVY Project based at Kibble Education & Care Centre in Paisley:

1. The total amount of Scottish Government funding provided to the IVY Project between 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021.

2. The staffing structure of the IVY Project between 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021.

3. The number of Level 1 cases referred in the period from 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021.

4. The number of Level 2 cases accepted by the IVY Project in the period from 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021.

5. The number of Level 3 cases accepted by the IVY Project in the period from 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021.

Response

1. The Scottish Government paid a total of £182,601.94 to Kibble for delivery of the IVY Project between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021.

2. The staffing structure during 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021 was as follows:

Consultant Clinical Psychologist

(8c)

Forensic Psychologist (8a)

0.8 FTE

CYCJ Social Work Support

0.5 FTE

Kibble are also hold a vacancy for a 1 full time Clinical Psychologist (8a).

3. 48 level 1 consultations were delivered between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021.

4. 10 level 2 specialist assessments were recommended at consultation during 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021, of which 8 were completed during the financial year or are ongoing.

5. 7 level 3 specialist treatments and interventions were recommended during 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021, of which 4 were completed during the financial year and 3 remain in progress.
