Information requested

Guidance for local authorities on dealing with private rented sector crime guidance together with any minutes of meetings of the working group convened to develop that guidance.

Response

The Renting Scotland website that hosts the guidance requested is password protected for the use of practitioners dealing with enforcement and prosecution activity within the private rented sector. Therefore, we have included pdf copies of the website pages in our response, along with an additional sheet of links to online resources referred to in the website.

Two of the documents referred to as 'SPRS' in the section relating to Crown Office Prosecution Service (COPFS) belong to COPFS. More information on making a Freedom of Information Request to COPFS is available at: Freedom of Information (copfs.gov.uk).
