Copies of correspondence (emails, letters, handwritten notes and/or otherwise) to Mike Russell and/or Nicola Sturgeon from members of the public with any reference to the draft independence referendum bill published 22 March.
Response
The information you have requested is attached at Annex A. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, exemptions under section 38 (1) (b) (Personal Information) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why this exemption applies are explained in Annex B.
