Details, including value and nature of work, of any contracts between the Scottish Government and any private company in relation to COP26.

Response

Further to my letter of 18 March 2021, I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for details, including value and nature of work, of any contracts between the Scottish Government and any private company in relation to COP26.

I have concluded that a different decision should be substituted. Accordingly, I have reviewed the search process undertaken to identify relevant contracts and associated information held and
conclude that it was inadequate, and our response did not point to relevant contracts.

The answer to your question is that the following contracts were awarded to private companies by Transport Scotland (an agency of the Scottish Government) on behalf of Scottish Ministers:
