At the Justice Committee meeting on 22nd February 2021 the Cabinet Secretary Humza Yousaf said he "will continue to meet with stakeholders". https://www.parliament.scot/parliamentarybusiness/report.aspx?r=13148&i=118981&c=2323643#ScotParlOR
Could you please list the stakeholders Mr Yousaf met or spoke with after the Committee meeting until the publishing of the final freedom of expression amendment on 1st March 2021, and provide all records relating to the matters discussed.
Response
On 26 February the Cabinet Secretary for Justice met with representatives from the Catholic Church. Attached is ANNEX A which outlines notes from the meeting.
On 01 March the Cabinet Secretary for Justice met with representatives from the Free Church of Scotland. Details of this can be found in ANNEX B.
