Meeting between Health Homes and Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport: FOI release

Information requested

1) Any minutes, handouts, shared documents, agendas, notes, briefing papers, follow-up emails, notes taken by attendees from the meeting between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport and care home groups in the week commencing Feb 15 referenced by Jason Leitch at the daily coronavirus briefing on February 24.

2) A full attendee list, including date, time, venue, including any special advisers.

3) Correspondence linked to this meeting sent by or received by the Health Secretary or her office on this meeting.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information in the documents you have requested because exemptions under sections s.29(1)(a) (policy formulation), s.30(b)(i) (public affairs), s.30(b)(ii) (exchange of views), s.30(c)(publics affairs), s.33(1)(b) (commercial interest), s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
