How many prosecutions under Section 164 of the Criminal Justice & Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 are recorded as being initiated in 2018, 2019 and 2020?

Response

Section 164 of the Criminal Justice & Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 is not an offence provision and as a result there have been no prosecutions under that section.
