The cost of any legal advice provided to Nicola Sturgeon's Chief of Staff Elizabeth Lloyd in relation to the Scottish Parliament's committee on the handling of harassment complaints and her involvement in the proceedings.

The answer to your question is that the cost (as of 4 February 2021) of legal advice provided to Ms Lloyd, Special Advisor and Chief of Staff to the First Minister, in relation to her involvement with the proceedings of the Committee on the Scottish Government's Handling of Harassment Complaints is £6060.00 (excl VAT). In accordance with the Civil Service Management Code published by the Cabinet Office, civil servants involved in a formal inquiry as a consequence of their employment may be entitled to receive individual legal advice.
