Costing breakdown of National Advisory Council on Women and Girls: FOI release

Information requested

Please provide a breakdown of the full costs associated with the National Advisory Council on Women and Girls (for example, secretariat, publications, marketing, event venue hire, speakers, illustrators (at events) and merchandise).

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance exemptions under sections 25(1) (information otherwise accessible) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested.

This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.

The reasons why the exemptions s25(1) (information otherwise accessible) apply are explained in the Annex A to this letter.
