Copies of all briefings prepared by civil servants regarding the Referendums Bill that was set out in the 2020-21 Programme for Government that will be introduced to Parliament by the end of this parliamentary term.

The information you requested is included at Annex A. The information in Annex A was contained in more than one document but has only been included once in this response to avoid duplication. An extract has been provided as the other information contained within the documents is outwith the scope of your request.
It may also be helpful to note that the Programme for Government set out a commitment to publish a draft bill, the commitment was not to introduce a bill to Parliament during this parliamentary term.
