Information regarding the organisation’s Telecoms and Network services.
Response
Education Scotland has a managed service from the Scottish Government Information and Technology Services (iTECS) department. This managed service includes the majority of our estate and most telecommunications requirements are provided via this service. Additional services which do not form part of the iTECS managed service are detailed below.
Contract 1 – fixed line provision
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Education Scotland does not hold the information you have requested.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Education Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
This is a fully managed service from the Scottish Government. Education Scotland has no separate contract.
Contract 2 – landline provision
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Education Scotland does not hold the information you have requested.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Education Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
This is a fully managed service from the Scottish Government for (currently) 392 extensions. Education Scotland has no separate contract.
