Information requested

"The Scottish Government and NHS Scotland issued a letter to the public in January 2021 relating to the NHS Scotland vaccination programme.

Please could you provide the following information in relation to this letter:

The names of all departments involved in producing the letter.
Draft copies of the letter.
Ethical concerns raised in relation to the wording in the letter."

Response

The Scottish Government does not have departments along the same lines as the UK Government. However, teams across the Health and Social Care Directorate were involved in drafting the letter.

You will find draft copies of the letter attached.

No ethical concerns were recorded by the Scottish Government in relation to the concerned letter.
