Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

“With the second vaccine (oxford) now rolling out, is the UK taxpayer funding it, or does it come from the Scottish Parliament budget?”

The answer to your question is all vaccines are procured on a 4 nations basis by the UK Government Vaccines Taskforce, who cover the costs of procurement. The Scottish Government is responsible for deployment of the vaccine and costs associated with this.
