Information requested
1. How many Scottish Government employees have been paid any sick pay at Pension Rate (SPPR) from 2015 to December 2020?
2. How many days has SPPR been paid in total each calendar year?
3. How many individuals have received SPPR in excess of 28 days per award period per calendar year? What percentage are they of the total number of individuals receiving SPPR?
4. Of those, how many individuals have received SPPR in excess of 42 days per award period per calendar year? What percentage are they of the total number of individuals receiving SPPR?
5. And of those, how many individuals have received SPPR in excess of 120 days per award period per calendar year? What percentage are they of the total number of individuals receiving SPPR?
6. What is the longest total number of days any individual has received SPPR for in each year?

I have provided all of the information you requested below:
1. A total of 26 Scottish Government (SG) employees received 34 periods of SPPR payments in the 5 year period. Please note that some employees had multiple spells of SPPR in the same year or across multiple years.
