*Following an upgrade to the app on 14 December a configuration error led to Exposure Notification being generated during the period from 00.01 14 December to 08:30 15 December to a number of app users incorrectly advising them to self-isolate for 10 days. Due to the anonymity of the app it was not possible to identify or inform the affected app users directly of this issue. The Test and Protect website was updated to reflect this.
