Information requested

Can you let me know if any arrangements are in place to roll out a Covid-19 / Flu vaccine program?

Also, will there be parental consent before any such program?

Response

Seasonal Flu
The Scottish Government has delivered a national seasonal Flu vaccine program during which the school programme included a consent letter for eligible children.

COVID-19
The Scottish Government have arrangements in place to carry out a national Covid-19 vaccine program. Vaccination started on the 8th December protecting the most vulnerable groups identified by The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) who advise UK health departments on immunisation.
