Information requested
Are other public bodies included in the Scottish Government's monthly FOI performance statistics sent to the Scottish Information commissioner? If the answer is yes, could you please send me a list of all other public bodies included.
Response
No, it does not. The monthly FOI/EIR performance statistics we send to the Scottish Information Commissioner includes all of the Directorates and Executive Agencies that are covered by the ‘Scottish Ministers’ designation in Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, with the exception of the Scottish Prison Service, which uses a separate IT platform from the Scottish Government and so reports separately. You may wish to note that all Scottish public authorities (including the Scottish Government) provide quarterly FOI/EIR statistics to the Scottish information commissioner. This can be found at the following link STATS - Scottish Information Commissioner (itspublicknowledge.info)
