You asked “How much money has the Scottish Government, or associated government agencies, spent on advertising with the company SI Games (or Sega) and, specifically, its computer games Football Manager 2019, Football Manager 2020, and Football Manager 2021”.
Football Manager 2020 and Football Manager 2021 are the only computer games that the Scottish Government have spent through SI Games*. This was for advertising within Football Manager as part of the Safer Young Driver Campaign which set out to improve road safety awareness in young men.
