All correspondence between any of the Scottish Ministers or their special advisors and NHS Grampian officials relating to COVID-19 lockdown measures for Aberdeen, including but not limited to any reports provided for decision making.
All minutes/agendas and details of meetings held relating to the local lockdown of Aberdeen in August 2020.

I attach a copy of some of the information you requested, specifically in relation to agendas and minutes of meetings held relating to the local lockdown of Aberdeen in August 2020.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested regarding correspondence between any of the Scottish Ministers or their special advisors and NHS Grampian officials relating to COVID-19 lockdown measures for Aberdeen. The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in the Annex to this letter.

The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because a search ofMinisterial correspondence records did not yield any results in relation to correspondence between any of the Scottish Ministers or their special advisors and NHS Grampian officials relating to COVID-19 lockdown measures for Aberdeen.
