1. How many Circle members are there currently?
2. Can you provide a breakdown of circle members by sex, age and ethnicity?
3. What has been the cost of each of the NACWG Advisory Council meetings from 2017, both on and offline. Please provide a breakdown, e.g. venue hire, speakers' expenses, merchandise and so on.

The answer to your questions are:

1. There are currently 1276 Circle members.
2. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested – we do not collect the requested breakdown data.
3 and 4. The below tables give the breakdown associated costs of Circle and NACWG meetings.

Since January 2020 the NACWG have not held an in-person Circle meeting. Since February 2020 the NACWG have met 9 times in total – all via video conference and there has been no venue, catering, speaker, event management costs associated with any of these meetings. The only cost has been a quarterly video conferencing service fee of £14.39 per month, so £115.12 to date.
