You asked for the following - From 1 June 2020 to present:
Copies of any correspondence (emails, hand-written notes, briefings, minutes of calls, memos and/or otherwise) from the Referendums Scotland Bill Team that include reference to Scottish independence.

Our searches found one item of correspondence, this is enclosed at Annex A. An exemption under section 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) applies to some of this information. The reasons why this exemption applies is explained in Annex B.
As set out in previous FOI responses, members of the Referendums (Scotland) Bill team were redeployed to other business areas in March 2020.
