Any meetings (virtual, in person, over the phone and/or otherwise) between the Cabinet Secretary Michael Russell and any member and/or members of the Referendums Scotland Bill Team.

As set out in previous FOI responses, members of the Referendums (Scotland) Bill team have been fully or partially redeployed to other business areas. As you have specified the ‘Referendums Scotland Bill Team’, in answering these requests, we have only considered work undertaken by members of the team in their capacity as members of that team, that is meetings in relation to referendums, rather than work they have done in relation to their other duties.

The first civil servant joined Elections and FOI Division to work on the Referendums (Scotland) Bill on 1 April 2019. On that basis we have considered meetings from that date.
