Listed below in relation to the Scottish Governments current Framework for the Provision of Interim IT Staff Services and Provision of Interim Professional Staff Services.
1. How many direct awards on both frameworks have been made between Apr 2019 – Mar 2020 & Apr 2020 – July 2020 and to which agency.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested, and therefore this is exempt under Section 17(1) - information not held. The reason why we don't have the information is explained below.

We are unable to provide all of the information that you have requested because of the way in which we gather and hold information. You have requested information for the period April 2020 – July 2020 but since we gather information on a quarterly basis, which is not broken down by month. The latest available complete/validated data set is for April 2020 – June 2020. 

Annex A of this letter provides the information we are able to provide.
