Giving evidence to the Scottish Parliament's Justice Committee on the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bill on 27 October 2020, Cabinet Secretary for Justice Humza Yousaf MSP said that he had met with "women's groups working at the coalface" to discuss adding 'sex' as a protected characteristic to the draft legislation.

Please can you list which groups the Minister and Scottish Government officials have met with and please provide all notes, minutes and correspondence related to these meetings.

Attached is some of the information you requested as outlined in the attached schedule of documents.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some the information you have requested because an exemption under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
