Fees paid to Dunedin Advisory to supply insolvency services: FOI release

Information requested

How much has been paid in fees since 1st January 2016 to the undernoted organisations from the public purse on behalf of the accountant in bankruptcy Ross Harper solicitors Dunedin Advisory.

Response

From 1 January 2016 to 30 September 2020 Dunedin Advisory have been paid £4,455,354.00 from the public purse to supply insolvency services to administer bankruptcies when The Accountant in Bankruptcy has been appointed as trustee. Where possible monies have been repaid to the public purse from the estates administered by Dunedin Advisory.

From 1 January 2016 to 30 September 2020 Ross Harper solicitors have not been paid any funds from the public purse.
