While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, exemptions under Sections 30(b)(i) (free and frank provision of advice), 33(1)(b) (Commercial Interests), 36(1) (Confidentiality in Legal Proceedings) and 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex of this letter.
