You asked if Section 36 screening requests and opinions are available to the public to view, and for copies of screening opinions for grid services facilities at Blackhillock (Moray) and Kincardine (Fife).
Response
The answer is that screening requests and opinions are available to the public to view. Generally, where applicants submit screening requests via the energy consents web portal at www.energyconsents.scot, the screening request and screening opinion will be published automatically. In a minority of cases submitted by email or post the details are not automatically posted to the website.
