Information requested

You asked for:

  1. 'The types of sentences (custodial, community, etc.) given to those who have been convicted under the Emergency Workers Act 2005 for the last seven financial years'.
  2. 'In the case of custodial sentences, may I ask for the average sentence given for (by months or days if possible) convictions under the Emergency Workers Act'.

Please note: more serious assaults on emergency workers will not be included in this data as they would be prosecuted under different offences.
