All correspondence between the Scottish Government and Health Protection Scotland on the issue of care home guidance during the Covid-19 pandemic. I am seeking this information in relation to the 'Information and guidance of care home settings' document - last updates on June 15th, 2020.
This should include all emails, letters and call logs - as well as attached documents.

I have now completed my review of our failure to respond to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for:
All correspondence between the Scottish Government and Health Protection Scotland on the issue of care home guidance during the Covid-19 pandemic. I am seeking this information in relation to the 'Information and guidance of care home settings' document - last updates on June 15th, 2020.
This should include all emails, letters and call logs - as well as attached documents.
In accordance with section 21(4) of FOISA, I have also reached a decision on your request.
Please accept my apology for a failure to respond to your original request. The team to which this FOI had to be assigned was and is still responding to an unprecedented volume of correspondence at a
time when other pressures were significant.
I enclose a copy of some of the information you have requested in Annex B to this letter.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 30 (c) (effective conduct of public affairs) (marked as [redacted – section 30(c)]) and section 38(1)(b) (personal data) (marked as [redacted]) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex A to this letter.
