• Copies of any civil servants briefings analysing the UK Internal Market Bill.
Response
I have identified information within the scope of your request. This is set out in Annexes A – D. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, an exemption under Section 30(b)(i) Free and Frank Provision of Advice of FOISA applies to some of the information requested. The reason why this exemption applies is explained in Annex E of this letter.
