Scottish Government Frameworks in first instance. (SP-13-022, SP-13-017, SP-13-018 used in 18/19) . other public service frameworks if applicable and accessible (653F-15 used in 18/19) .Procurement Contracts Scotland if framework route does not supply suitably skilled or qualified staff.

What process do recruitment agencies have to follow to be given jobs to work on?

Register for inclusion on frameworks or through PCS and adherence to terms and conditions associated with contract in addition to meeting the contract brief.

Who is responsible for engaging new recruitment agencies?

Cost Centre Managers or line mangers responsible for that function and role(s).
