Information requested
Any meeting minutes, calls, emails and email correspondence between any Scottish government officials or Ministers and any representatives from Ineos, Petroineos and PetroChina between 01/01/20 and 02/09/20 concerning the Grangemouth refineries.
Response
We have now completed our search for the information you request, and a copy is attached in Annex B.
The Scottish Government does not hold any information in relation to your request for any meeting minutes, calls, emails and email correspondence with Petrochina or Ineos.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of exceptions under sections 38(1)(b)- personal data of a third party; section 33(1)(b)- prejudice substantially commercial interests; and section 29(1)(a)- formulation of policy. The reasons why these exceptions apply are explained in Annex A.
The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
