Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

Information requested

All documentation & correspondence relating to the Scottish Government directive that you issued the premature ending of the Scottish football season or even if you advised the SPFL to close the season without the season concluding due to Covid 19. Or that you advised the SPFL that they had to close the season 19/20 prematurely due to Covid 19.

Response

We have carried out a search, and I enclose a copy of a letter which the Scottish Government sent to the SPFL on 3 April 2020.
