I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
A small amount of information has been redacted from the enclosed e-mails because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies are explained below.
Some of the information you have requested, that regarding the meeting in 2017 between the First Minister and Professor Joseph Stiglitz, is available from a previous FOI response (FOI reference: FOI/17/02632). Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under sections 36(2) (confidentiality) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies are explained in the Annex to this letter.

ANNEX: REASONS FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION
An exemption applies

Exemptions under section number s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA apply to some of the information you have requested. This affects personal email addresses and the names of non-senior civil servants and Professor Stiglitz’s private secretary.
Exemptions under section number 25(1) of FOISA apply to some the information you have requested. This affects information that is already publicly available. The public response to FOI/17/02632 includes the correspondence around the between the First Minister and Professor Joseph Stiglitz which took place on the 3rd of April, 2017.
