‘The names of the false accusers are disclosed in full apart from the accuser who’s allegation was found to be not proven by a jury. If any of the false accusers are children in the case of Scottish law that being 15- please do not disclose there details for mercy’s sake"

Response

While our aim is to provide information wherever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. The Scottish Government was not a party to the criminal proceedings and so does not hold the information you request. You may also wish to be aware that the complainers in the criminal proceedings are entitled to lifelong anonymity.
